Account and access
You are responsible for your account and the information you share. Keep your login details to yourself. Make sure the details you register with us are correct and up to date.

Your content
Photos, texts and prices you upload remain yours. By posting them, you give Swan Market permission to use them to promote your products and our channels — including the webshop, social media and marketing communications.

What we expect from you
Be honest about your products. Do not sell prohibited or illegal items. Make sure you hold all the rights to everything you list and sell.

Intellectual property
Only list products you are certain you are allowed to sell. Do not use protected trademarks, logos or designs belonging to others without permission. If Swan Market receives a notice of intellectual property infringement, we are obliged to remove the relevant product. Responsibility lies entirely with you as the seller. Repeated violations may result in suspension or termination of your account.

Delivery
You are responsible for the correct and timely delivery of your orders. Make sure your delivery times are accurate and that you are reachable for buyers with questions or issues. If this structurally fails to happen, we may suspend or permanently terminate your account.

Payment
You are responsible for paying your subscription. Subscriptions renew automatically. You can cancel at any time, as long as you do so before the end of your current period. After that, your subscription renews automatically.

Liability
Swan Market provides a platform where makers and finders can offer their products. We do not make, inspect or verify the products. The quality, accuracy and legality of what you sell is entirely your responsibility. Complaints from buyers about products are a matter between you and the buyer — Swan Market is not a party to this.

Swan Market is not liable for lost revenue, consequential damages or any other indirect loss arising from the use of our platform.

Termination
Swan Market may suspend or terminate accounts in the event of repeated or serious violations of these terms. We will notify you in advance wherever possible.

Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. For significant changes, we will notify you by email or via the platform. By continuing to use the platform after the effective date, you agree to the updated terms.
